The most beneficial skill I learned in this class is to use fluctuation (up/down) in your voice to keep the audience's attention during presentations from Jill's videos in Module One.

@cybr388 #cybrs20 If a small business wants to use blogging for their SMM, the most important tip to remember is to stay consistent! Keep the format and writing style the same throughout the blog. Topics can change over time, but shouldn't contradict what was previously posted.

@cybr388 #cybrs20 Creating a blog was definitely an interesting experience! I took a lot of thought to come up with an intriguing topic and photos/videos to pair with it. Overall it was a beneficial experience and a good way to get lots of stories out there for the public.
