@British_Airways is it normal for a missed flight compensation claim lodged 25 Oct 2022 to still be outstanding. Your customer service team last emailed me the standard ‘we’re working on it’ 30 Nov 22. I’ve sent 3 requests for an update. I’ve heard noting. How can I escalate?
