Been off my bike for a while due to a hurt knee, but had time and strength to take a ride to @stationsouth on the for a coffee and Cronut. got to say it was great to be riding again, and stationsouth is probably going to be a regular haunt for me.

@Natures_Voice So I put a bird feeder and fat ball cage in the garden of my new house and now I’ve got so many birds visiting. They are mostly sparrows , blue tits but some nicer looking pigeons (maybe doves) and magpies also. What else can I add to moly garden for my #birdBros?

Came up behind cyclist on Fallowfield loop - his bike fully loaded with camping gear. Asked where you going? ´John O’Groats - started Land’s End’. Great to see the Loop as part of that route.

Know how you feel I live on the Stockport Manchester border @ManCityCouncil refused to do anything during lockdown and @StockportMBC council think #cycling is for recreational purposes in parks only and does their best to discourage or make inaccessible direct cycle routes

@OfficialTfGM That is fantastic news. Unfortunately as a resident of @RochdaleCouncil,who appear to have no interest in providing safe infrastructure, that money will continue to be spent in other borough.

#bikeweek just a trip to the local supermarket for my first trip today. Only needed a loaf of bread so #whydrive . Google says it’s an 8 minute drive I ride their in just over 8 minutes

Only downside was 1 car trying to drive me off the road thankfully my teams and a bit of luck hit me out of that situation. All in all it was a lovely way to spend a morning even for an out of shape, #diabetic, 40ish big bloke like me #cycling #bicycle #bikeytrip 2/2

Back home now I did 10 miles in 51 minutes so much more fun with gravity on your side. Highlights of this #bikeweek trip are watching a herd of deer crossing the path in Lyme park & the joyous descent from the hall to the ticket booth I may have been whooping 1/2

Well I Made it here. from Levenshulme to Lyme Park though Google’s route is off road it’s only really suitable for mountain bikes due to road surfaces
