@sandwellroads Reported numerous times. Land owner is not the issue but the LA's lack of h'way maintenance(statutory duty) which includes the footway and any obstructions...What have the street scene inspectors being doing for the last 2 years? Steel roundabout to patent roundabout is the same.

@sandwellroads shared provision in Sandwell. After a year of the gov't asking people to walk or cycle were possible the only safe way to access this industrial centre is by motor vehicle despite it being less half mile from the bus station, metro stop, & canal.

@sandwellroads Kindly sweep the cycle routes please outside the collegiate & on Bromford rd as it to is full of detritus the 1st wand is also missing since it was taken out weeks ago by a motor vehicle.

@CCSteV Its not a shared footway it runs along the carriageway the footway is along the high st. But as you say we will wait to see if the dots are joined up.

The truck driver CHOSE to pass as the cylist was about to reach the end of the opposing queue. The cyclist couldn't move in there was a triple 3ft wide manhole and the road was wet 1/2

Remember this video. It's important. A court conviction for a close pass where i) there is a cycle lane and, ii) the victim wasn't using it. If you get a unsympathetic police response to a driving standards complaint on that basis there's your precedent.
