@RocketLab@NASASpaceflight@IridiumComm This is a VERY good move by @RocketLab
It gives them Customers and Spectrum. Now for them to build next-gen communications satellites. That’s the one piece I don’t see yet in the puzzle. Or maybe that’s another acquisition? 😉
@Cyclingnewsfeed I’m sure there are many that could do it over twice the time, but an average cyclist couldn’t ride it each day let alone meet the cutoff time forcing disqualifications.
@GovNuclear@INL That it will bring the cost of electricity down for all of us! I hope these become so abundant and affordable that one day builders will add this to new community builds, like they do with community swimming pools.
@CybertruckOC We really need an option to extend the range, especially for those of us who tow. Too many charging stops when you’re towing even a small trailer.
The interesting thing about this is that SpaceX seems to be expanding capabilities via acquisition and their competitors via organic feature adds. One can debate if those competitors were able to do do this because of access to other’s IP. But it’s going to be an interesting show nonetheless!
