@ariellejjohnson@CookingIssues@lars_williams My degree is in philosophy, however I did take a fair amount of physics and chemistry classes, and use the skills/knowledge gained from those studies daily in the work I do regarding all things beverage & cocktail.
That said - yes, physical chem and the like sounds great.

These apples are from Scott Family Farm in Vermont and well worth the price. Their orchard is doing it all the right way, and that flavor - wow - like biting into champagne - just wow.
