@amazon hello my Amazon account has been hijacked by hacker/fraudster on the 19th. I reported it via chat on the 20th. Still no access. Help!! My account has my families addresses. Who knew it was so easy to hack/hijack an amazon account!

@pennardarty @AmazonHelp Yes. A phone number or email is what i need at this point. Chat isn't getting anywhere and is incredibly frustrating! Especially as I'm now getting threats over fraud that i already told you about!

I reported the fraud on my amazon account via your chat app on the 20th.21st again on the 22nd and 23rd. No response but now i get threatening emails. My account has been hijacked

@AmazonHelp Would anyone be able to reply to @cymrobach or ring him? All of the contact goes round in circles and now he's getting threatening emails from Amazon because the bank payments didn't go through

@amazon hiya reported a fraud on my account on Saturday the 20th. Somebody has hijacked my account. They have all my family details. Still awaiting a response from amazon.
