An electronics and white goods company in Malta has been putting up inclusive ads for Valentines. An ad with two women received very little attention, but the comments section of an ad with two men pretty much 💥 with homophobic comments, and many more people calling them out. ❤️
A few years ago, very few Maltese companies would have dared to show gay couples for fear of backlash. This is slowly changing.
I hope to see more Maltese companies be more open to represent their customers; people who could be gay, disabled, persons of colour amongst others.
