Obsessed with these greek yogurt bagels. I have made them every other day this week!

My favorite toppings are cream cheese, smoked salmon, with pickled onions 😮‍💨

@BowTiedHomeBake I thought the same thing! The texture is softer than a regular bagel but honestly I kinda prefer it!

@BowTiedHomeBake 1cup ap flour
1cup greek yogurt
2tsp baking powder

Mix and split into 4 and shape
Egg wash bake 375 for 20-22 minutes
Let them cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into them. I cool overnight and toast the next day.
