The OGL 1.1 as proposed is a huge problem. It would effectively make it impossible for me to do future work on Improved Initiative, and it harmful for independent #DnD creators everywhere.

@alexander_bird This is good. I've had some success with a combination of this, and "I'll be working on this stuff in the Slack room huddle in 30 mins, feel free to join." It feels a little more informal and prevents me from blocking on folks.
