Hello, actual clinica doctor here, and not some investment hedge manager.
None of the mentioned changes to the body happens if you drink concentrated turmeric and ginger.
Turmeric is poorly absorbed in the body and >98% of it passes out in the stool. Ginger also does not have enough bioavailability or activity in the body to cause any sort of clinically relevant outcomes.
Basically you are better off using that turmeric and ginger in curries instead of wasting it like this. Use it in stir-fries, or even soups. Just don't consider it a drug or medicine.
Repeated use of high concentrated turmeric and ginger can also lead to organ toxicity including blood thinning, as well as liver and kidney damage.
This is not only applicable to women, but also men. Just in case, also children. Now don't make them also suffer because of your idiotic traditional superstitions.
We fear communication because we've been misunderstood all our lives. As soon as people understand this, I feel they'll get better at supporting us as we learn to speak up.
Lead with empathy, always.
The general rule of depreciating assets applies...no matter which phone u buy, you will have to replace it in 2-4yrs, similarly no matter which car you buy...you will have to replace it.
I bought a Scorpio for 10L in 2004 as my first vehicle and bought a Kia Sonet 20 years later...
Bottomline, don't waste money on depreciating assets...and you could possibly retire early if that were your dream or something else...
