Qaisar Ali, 39, of Brockton was arrested by East Bridgewater police on Aug. 5.

Police say that on Aug. 2, while delivering medicine for a pharmaceutical service, he entered the home of a woman with severe mobility issues who uses a wheelchair without her consent and repeatedly touched her inappropriately.

He faces charges of as$ault with intent to commit r*pe, three counts of as$ault and battery on an elderly or disabled person, two counts of indecent as$ault and battery on an elderly or disabled person, indecent exposure, and breaking and entering in the daytime. He was held on $10,000 bail.

While it comes from a place of compassion, these animals are capable of finding what they need on their own.
