@X why have my last two posts been removed? I was asking a company to reconsider a refund for my daughter. I am not sure how this has breached anything?

@GetYourGuide please consider a refund/reschedule for my daughter. She bought AUSCHWITZ tour and guide thinking it included entry. it doesn't.She emailed asking for a refund or reschedule to be told no, 24 h notice, she gave 23. She's volunteering there- student. Seems unfair

@GetYourGuide so very disappointed with this service. My daughter booked an AUSCHWITZ guide and tour, not realising this doesn't include entry. She's only a teenager student volunteering in Krakow hostel. She emailed in 23 hours and now no reschedule or refund #krakow
