Some check exchange announcements to confirm their tokens are still supported.
Others simply open Ledger Wallet™ and verify directly on their Ledger device.
Self-custody without compromise.

We understand the frustration. Since you can still access your devices, a manual synchronization may help resolve the issue. I can provide step-by-step guidance.

That’s a fair concern. Before updating or migrating, verify your recovery phrase offline. A manual synchronization of your Ledger device may help resolve the issue. I can provide step-by-step guidance.

@HoracePlinker Have you tried transferring your CC to Ledger Wallet? If it’s limiting transfers to 100 CC and warning about tokens being lost over time, please send a screenshot of the message so we can take a closer look.
@Zecoshi Thanks for the feedback! Please check Ledger Wallet for the latest supported $CYPH buying options and availability. If it’s still unavailable, share a screenshot of what you’re seeing so we can better understand the issue.

Eh @Ledger, can you let me disable the battery warning for my Ledger Nano X in the settings please? I don't really care about the battery, I use it plugged in all the time and the warning is just annoying af.
@rulerofbronze5 Sorry you’re dealing with this across multiple devices. Please follow back and DM us with your Ledger model and display issue so we can help you with the next steps.

@ChupapiMun55555 If you mean the ZKX wallet, your Ledger remains the signer. A manual resynchronization may be required. Please follow back and DM me so I can guide you through the process safely.
