When I spoke with Lawyer Tommi on Sunday evening, 27 September 2026, we had not received any communication from the Court regarding:

-the time;
-the place;
-whether there would be a notice to appear; or
-when the written final verdict would be issued.

Given that they have not notified us in writing about the date , it looks like they give us the final VERDICT in writing ✍️

They may notify us over the weekend so as to appear before 30th September 2026. That is not the problem I will be there for him voluntarily until he is free.

FINAL VERDICT IN THE FINNISH APPEAL COURT

I have just spoken to my colleague Tommi today, 17 September 2026. Following inquiries with the Court, Tommi has clarified some important facts regarding the process.

Accordingly, in a case of this nature, there is normally a PRE-NOTICE to the parties one or two days before the announcement of the final verdict.

The first version of the ruling will be issued in the FINNISH LANGUAGE, followed by the ENGLISH VERSION a few days later.

This is the CORRECT VERSION OF EVENTS, as communicated by the Technical Legal Team.

Finland 🇫🇮 has been a democracy for hundreds of years. I am therefore shocked that you were allegedly misled by Nigeria 🇳🇬, given Finland’s intelligence capabilities and its position within Europe.

The so-called key witness in the Simon Ekpa case in Finland was, based on information contained in an intelligence brief that I had an opportunity to review in my capacity as part of Simon Ekpa’s technical team, reportedly never in Nigerian custody as was claimed.

Nigeria 🇳🇬 at times amazes me! It waffles, and it operates like Italy in 1978! Do you remember Red Brigade of Italy who kidnapped Aldo Moro and killed him - that is the state of Nigeria 🇳🇬 today .

The Nigerian Government allegedly sent false or unreliable evidence to the Finnish court, including material concerning a captured terrorist who was presented at the time as a prosecution witness in the Simon Ekpa case.

Then, after the trial, the same Nigerian 🇳🇬 Government reportedly issued a public poster offering a ₦30 million reward for the capture of that same man.

So my question is simple:

How did the Nigerian authorities obtain a witness statement from a man who, according to their own subsequent wanted notice, was not in their custody?

This raises serious questions about the credibility, chain of custody and provenance of the evidence presented to the Finnish authorities.

President Stubb, Finland must demand answers.
