AI Tokens Are Down 90% from ATH – Is This the End?

Looking at the charts of ai16z, $arc, and even Fartcoin, it's clear that the trend has been downward, and many believe these tokens may never recover to previous levels. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

When it comes to frameworks like ElizaOS and Rig, they have incredibly strong teams, multiple high-profile partnerships, and integrations with major projects and blockchains. Even Solana has highlighted them on its AI section. Their GitHub metrics continue to grow, proving that development is ongoing. So ask yourself - what has changed besides price? Nothing! The teams are still building, and once we see BTC recover, liquidity return, and major announcements drop, I believe these tokens will not only reclaim their highs but also surpass them, as AI agents are truly innovative and will evolve alongside the broader AI sector.

As for Fartcoin, I believe it has the potential to go far beyond its previous ATH. If you analyze sentiment, mindshare, and inflows, it’s one of the strongest tokens in both AI and meme narratives. If these metrics remain solid even in a bear market, what do you think will happen when market conditions improve?

I understand this is a challenging time, and many investors are unsure of what to do next. But at the very least, I wouldn’t panic sell assets I already hold. Instead, I’d keep track of project updates and patiently wait for the market to recover.

Personally this is my favourite kind of market.

Don’t have time to be 24/7 trenches and when everyone is risk on it’s highly competitive.

When it’s risk off, the majority of participants are frozen.

If you’ve preserved dry powder, this is when you get to buy good shit like 70-80% down from the highs while everyone else is paralysed…a significantly more asymmetric bet than attempting to top blast or gamble new tickers.

Just need enough liquidity to keep averaging lower…I think these prints are going to be tasty and I think they will digest well in due course.

The thing is @elizaOS is the most asymmetric bet there is in crypto and in AI right now.
Their goal is AGI. How much do you think the company reaching AGI first would be worth?
A lot.
That's why at these prices and given the $ai16z team and hundreds of contributors are working towards AGI there is a decent chance they reach AGI.
Risk reward is a no brainer here.
They are smaller and move way faster than big guys like openAI or Google or meta or anthropic... They stand a chance.
