My wife & I registered for the new FTI-TTP at airport meant to facilitate Fast Track Emmigration for frequent flyers. We are travelling by KQ 205 to Nairobi & availed FTI. At boarding gate we were detained for 30 minutes because Boarding Pass had no stamp. Pls make it hassle free

Once again Air India has let me down. I am a Platinum Frequent flyer No 120258070. At Montreal Airport at Air Canada check in counter and Maple Lounge, system showed it as invalid number. AI does not respond. Nor can we lodge a complaint. So sad. Wish Mr Ratan Tata knew this!
