@thetrainline Hi Jamie - the first ticket I booked was for Sat. 09 Dec 17: Frome 18:57 > London Paddington 20:46 (single). Collection reference: BK8RLBF9. I realised later it was not going to allow me enough time to check in at Victoria (Eurolines) & tried to change it to an earlier train...
