Sample was taken on 3/06 for a set of tests. Then your CC informs there’s a tech issue and again took samples. Now getting a message asking for a payment and that there’s again technical issue in your lab.

@VodafoneIdeaIN after some 7 attempts I got connected to a lady (Suraiya) who put my call on mute and never came back. Another one got connected (Bindu) who didn’t know what to speak, just used some scripted statements but no resolution. Entire Vi is run by bunch of idiots
