We were so pleased to hear about this announcement! Increasing taxation on commercial tobacco and vapour products has been one of our recommendations to government to reduce the impact of smoking and vaping in SK. This is a win-win for public health and public revenue. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Congratulations to @SKGov and to Minister Jim Reiter for adding 6% PST to vaping products in Budget 2025. The move will help curb youth vaping and generate additional revenue that can help fund ongoing prevention efforts for youth vaping and smoking in SK.
Success! With Alberta and Saskatchewan signing on this week, all 13 provinces and territories have officially joined the National School Food Program. Thank you for your leadership @ABDanielleSmith@PremierScottMoe & @JennaSuds.
