1. Zero marketing cost; 5 tahun depa run the show dari 2009 - 2013 rupanya tanpa marketing cost. And they manage to get like 7m of revenue.

Debatable dari sudut definition of marketing cost tu tapi it’s a good number to achieve lah. Considering online advertising pun tak saturated as nowadays

2. Agile; masa 2019 depa buy and invest a lot. And siapa boleh jangka. Covid hit. semua into the drain lah.

tapi depa cepat adapt. convert all the staff as dropshipper and run kilang from home.
Siap ada kelas macam mana nak live dan run ads lagi. Dan semua outlet ada social media masing masing

dalam semua companya waktu tu pilih untuk berhentikan staff dan potong gaji. depa end up bayar gaji lagi banyak and got 50m of revenue

3. Ingatkan nak ada takat 6 outlet saja.

sebab orang dok ingat yang since owner ada 6 anak lelaki. so akan ada sampai 6 saja lah. siapa sangka sekarang depa dah sampai 53 outlet dah sekarang dan aim untuk half billion revenue by 2030
