Newtown, Ohio, police officer pinned and dragged by a man driving a stolen vehicle during a traffic stop.

20-year-old Jeremiah Ice was heard telling the officer to "calm down" as he refused to get out of the stolen vehicle.

The officer was eventually able to free himself. He suffered minor injuries to his leg and hip.

Ice was charged with receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, and failing to comply with an officer.
