@weirdoevyyy Not trying to bully, but I recommend keeping track of what you eat !! Eat whatever you want if your only goal is wl but set a limit on how many cals u can eat per day <3 stay safee ur not disgusting
tip 1: this might sounds satire but its not. getting a job!!! Its really good for getting your mind off food and also if you work in a grocery store you get to look at kcal of food and make that a little lesson!
@sophirlunicorn don't really like fatshaming but 10-15k steps per day helped me loose some belly weight!! Eat whatever you want but be mindful of cals if wl is your only goalll
