More bureaucratic BS from the governing body in this province. OLA board of directors has been asked to allow members to register beyond the Sep 4th deadline so more voices can be heard and considered on their new policy changes. They said NO. Now why would they want less people involved?
Hey @ToyotaCanada are you and your dealerships generally in the business of ripping off little old ladies or is that specific to @BelleToyota? The little almost 80 year old would be my mom who eagerly signed a contract and paid a deposit on her new car. Then while patiently waiting to receive it, received a voicemail 6 days later saying they need to sell the car to someone else and they were cancelling her contract. You need to do better @OMVIC_Official
@AdamLeviLAX All these organization fail to provide reasons. Same with OLA. Tell everyone why - tell them how you interpret the rules and why this does or does not conform. Own your decisions.
@JPGonVI@AdamLeviLAX Shit of it is, motion passed by the membership, then majority passed if it was an in person LC Board vote, but shockingly Ontario Sean O’Callaghan seems to have voted no, so the e-vote threshold of 2/3 was not met. Why have two different voting metrics on HOW the vote is held?
@CLL So they also need to on paper/bureaucracy to appear to be a “nation” and have those other things as well as separate from LC? - I’m just trying to understand - new to the chaos of lacrosse - I’m learning a lot fast, lol.
