Recently, about four days ago, during a livestream I was being sponsored for by YouTube for a Minecraft event called BlockClash, I encountered an issue. At one point, I had to check Discord.
For context, I use discord on a browser (Chrome) to log in. When I opened the Discord website, I was surprised to find that I had been logged out. This was strange, as it was the first time this had ever happened. At first, I thought nothing of it, until I tried logging in. It let me proceed until the CAPTCHA popped up.
I tried solving it, but it didn’t work. I tried again, and it still didn’t work!
I decided to open the Discord application on my phone, and lo and behold, I was also logged out there!
I tried logging in several times on my PC again, failing the CAPTCHA multiple times until Discord eventually locked my account. I received an email with the message attached below.
After the livestream ended, I attempted to submit a support ticket through the official Discord support website, but it didn’t go through. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email that my ticket was submitted.
I’m currently stuck. I cannot submit a ticket, and Discord support is not responding through their official X account. I run a YouTube channel with over 1.5 million subscribers, and my work heavily depends on this specific Discord account, which I am not ready to lose.
I need urgent help.
