Dipping my fingers into #geometrynodes simulation. Actually not the worst timing with the dedicated branch being released.
Recreated slime like in Sebastian Lague's video as introduction exercise (nodes below) #b3d
Just couldn't stop playing with the slime sim in #geometrynodes. Just too satisfying.
And while I was at it made some improvements to the nodes (see below) #b3d
@AntiquEngineer Wow, sry for the super late answer. The basic principle is just this, changing the domain depending to the one which you'd like to display the indices for and repeating it for multiple digits
@jorari71@AntiquEngineer I have an attribute viewer node that can, besides other attributes, display the length of edges. It however doesn't look as nice as the MeasureIt tool. The best GN can do atm
OUT NOW!
The Blender Live Paint Filter is now available on Gumroad! I'll make a tutorial in the future about how to create it yourself, but if you want to support me and use it now, here's the link!

Experimenting with a setup that will calculate the direction of the gradient of an attribute (and trace lines along it) #geometrynodes
Still a WIP, but the results are kind of interesting already
The stronger the falloff/gradient, the better the results
#b3d#Blender3d
If you haven't seen it yet, go check you Alan's new Villagen to quickly generate stunning villages (and more) using #geometrynode#b3d.
I helped a bit in the creation and if you decide to get it and want to support me too, you can use my ref link below

Stable scattered points on an animated/deforming mesh while following correct Poisson disk distribution in #geometrynodes#b3d#blender
Very simple nodes and also not reliant on clean or any UVs
@gyulailevi Not particularly, but I'd say it is alright-ish. Really depends on the resolution and what kind of field is evaluated. You kan actually see the execution time in the video.
Without interpolation it will also be faster
Interpolated marching squares in #geometrynodes#b3d
Allows you to visualize SDFs on 2D planes
Saw that @erindale_xyz has added non-interpolated marching squares to #etk & since I've been struggling to get marching cubes to work, I thought I'd give it a try in 2D (nodes below)
I really suck at sharing stuff regularly π .
So here is a small node group of mine that will give you the FaceCorner angles in #geometrynodes#b3d.
While I'm still not sure of potential use cases, I know some ppl wanted it. If you know of ways to use it, let me know #Blender3d
@artofriaz3d That is way too complicated for me. My setup is actually stupidly simple.
I'll probably share the nodes in the future, but for now, I'll just say that the FaceCorner domain gets underutilized ;)
@bartv@BlenderNation It is still a WIP atm and only working best on pure quad meshes. When/if I get it to be more reliable on evey mesh I'll share some more about it
