He is Ali Meghat Alzaher from Syria. He came to India on a tourist visa and travelled to several cities by falsely claiming to be a Gaza citizen.

He collected donations from several Mosques in Gujarat in the name of "Free Palestine". He diverted all the funds to his personal accounts.

Around 6 months ago, in August 2025, he was arrested in Ahmedabad. He disclosed that there are many others like him who are running the same scam by collecting donations in the name of relief work in Gaza.

A month later, 3 more Syrians - Ahmed Ohad, Zakaria Haitham and Yusuf Khalid, were arrested in Delhi. They also collected funds in the name of Gaza relief and transferred the money to their personal accounts to finance their lavish lifestyle.

Beware of those asking for donations in the name of Gaza or Free Palestine.

CBI has found that Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) received supplies of adulterated ghee for over five years (2019-2024). The supplier delivered 68 lakh kg of spurious ghee worth Rs 250 crore.

India issued a 48-hour deadline for Pakistani nationals to leave the country after Pahalgam attack, revealing several concerning details:

1) Marriages between Indians and Pakistanis are quite common. Many of these marriages are conducted through 'online nikah'.

2) Many Pakistanis were found to have overstayed after their visas expired. Some Pakistanis are still missing, which highlights the flaws in our system.

3) A Pakistani national named Osama, who has been living in India for 17 years, claimed that he even voted in elections in India. He also claimed to possess a Ration card, Aadhaar card and Voter ID. This raises serious concerns about how many such cases exist within our country and clearly exposes the weaknesses in our system.
