@comicsand_ What bothers me most, & freely admit it's nit-picky & ridiculous, BUT comic Rhino is a big dumb guy in a tech suit & looks the part. THIS Rhino is a big dumb guy using some kind of "gene altering serum", so his horn should be growing out the top of his nose & not his forehead.

@JJCTTRPG I like the idea of Planescape becoming the central setting. You could easily shift to the other campaign settings from there AND narratively it wouldn't break your game. Sigil provides a number of different genres of play all by itself.
