If we're being honest...

95% of all presentations and lectures are really boring. We fill the time checking email and texts, etc.

Other people and snacks make it palatable.

Many online events don't work because they have to stand alone on the content...which is painfully dry.

Always remember that onsite events (aka in person)... exclude 99.99% of the world.

Hybrid events are a fumbling attempt to engage that 99.99%. Unfortunately, it generally just reminds them that they are on outside.

Digital first events engage the online audience directly.
