@notspiduh this is my point, like it never affected casual gameplay, you never see it in lfgs, in day 1's it was banned one way or another and it just made some challenges possible/cool to do with grapple, some people just don't understand that
its insane they killed grapple dude like so much solo lowman content gone or turned into being miserable lol not mentioning being good at it could make such a big difference which is why no one uses it in freakin lfg man

The way I understand it (and I cope :D) is that its the second option and not the third. Tweets can only be so long so I added the way its calculated in the screenshot.
so judging from this image, they put almost all artifact mods except obv champion mods, that means we have mods like:
- Radiant on precision hits, debuff on solar abilities, ignition on radiant solar weapon damage, 15% dmg buff on solo and more, and that's only this artifact btw
following by (possibly, not confirmed):
- Galvanic armor (More dr while amplified)
- Shieldcrush (Grapple dmg buff)
- Conductive Cosmic Crystal (More grapple dmg buff)
- Amped Up (Basically another galvanic armor)
- Many super dmg buffs like, Thunderous Retort, Limiting break
..
so judging from this image, they put almost all artifact mods except obv champion mods, that means we have mods like:

im just in awe with all these changes that i can't talk about them all without losing breath like, so many incredibly insane quality of life changes along sandbox and more, this literally would have catapulted destiny into a greater era

- Radiant orbs (Picking up orbs gives radiant)
- Gold from Lead (chance to get heavy ammo off special brick)
- Disruptor Spike (Sever and exhaust reduces more dmg)
- Pack Tactics and Hord Shuttle (op threadling dmg)
