I’m d3fi.

Community Builder. Marketer. SMM. Project Manager. Space Host. CM.

But I’m not interested in collecting titles.

I’m interested in becoming the person a founder can trust to get things moving.

I believe good marketing is more than making posts.

Good community management is more than answering questions.

And being part of a team is more than waiting for instructions.

You have to understand the bigger picture.

Why is the community quiet?
Why isn’t the campaign converting?
What does the audience actually need?
What can we do differently?
What problem can I solve before it becomes the founder’s problem?

That’s how I think.

I don't want to be the person who says:

“Tell me what to do.”

I want to be the person who says:

“I noticed this. Here’s what I think we should do.”

I believe in showing up consistently, understanding the product, listening to the community, communicating clearly, creating attention, building relationships and taking ownership.

Because the best people on a team don't simply do their jobs.

They create leverage for everyone else.

That’s the kind of marketer, community builder and teammate I’m becoming.
