Great post, read it.
These buildings which everyone loves and which are obviously so crucial to the vitality and beauty of America’s great cities aren’t just illegal per zoning, building, accessibility codes—they’re also damn near impossible to finance and insure. Deep problems.
AI is getting so advanced it’s able to make commercials without diversity. Something human ad makers have been unable to achieve for decades.
Incredible
Puerto Rico does pay federal taxes. About $5B a year. Washington sends back $38–40B. That is not colonial plunder. That is net subsidy at 7–8x return. Facts beat slogans. Economics beats mythology.
@memeticsisyphus Lol. Mid 90’s regular cab, sport side short bed, Chevy with multiple spoilers, with underside rims and the Mexican flag. Yeah okay it’s whitey, lmao even. People have gone insane.
Came to say the same, easily the most wrong deliveries I get, like not even close the address. Even DHL has somehow ended up better, and improved again in the states. UPS and Amazon followed by USPS, at least in my locale I know they’re hit or miss, are the only ones I’ll use if given a choice.
It’s demographic replacement, if the immigration is not stopped, legal and illegal, and current immigrants removed and visas revoked, Texas will certainly go blue. The metro areas already are, and the disease is spreading from there. Not this year, or next. In 10-12 years, absolutely.
@DuaneDieterich@HarryRVonner@ThinkerMichelle Intended consequences. They don’t really want us alive, much less voting (which matters less and less every year anyway). TPTB will take AI and an indentured immigrant class to take resources, at least until AI and robotics can handle that all.
@dumbboomer@ObviousRises Doubt it, he waived the fifth and gave them an admission to their evidence. Dogshit law, but he’s gonna get screwed because he didn’t shut the fuck up.
