Not a new concern; I've been in your DMs and on your helpline since Dec 2025, monthly, until you closed it in June with "try travel insurance." I don't need another ticket number; I need someone with authority to review it.

To anyone flying Qatar Airways via IndiGo out of India: this is the support you get when the first leg goes wrong. Share if you think passengers deserve better than a 7-month shrug.

Nobody is disputing what happened. Both airlines agreed it isn't their problem. That is the whole codeshare model in one sentence.

I chased Qatar's helpline every month. Today, 7 months later, the reply: delay was due to ATC, no compensation, try travel insurance.

IndiGo's own gate staff told me to email them and my expenses would be reviewed and reimbursed. Their customer experience team later refused to process anything.

Complained to both airlines within days. IndiGo said Qatar was the marketing carrier and handles compensation. Qatar said it fell under IndiGo's jurisdiction and to contact them. Each pointed at the other. Repeatedly.

Landed in Dublin with no public transport left to Kerry. Lost €28.50 in bus tickets and paid €637 for a taxi Dublin to Tralee. Receipts for all of it.

Result: rebooked on QR17, 7+ hour layover, no vegetarian meal despite pre-booking AVML, awake nearly 2 days, and I missed an important work meeting in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

Before departure, I called Qatar support and told them I'd miss it. Their agent was helpful. IndiGo staff at Gate 10A were not. I was told Qatar's team were "just call centre people" and asked, "Why are you even flying Qatar?"

27 Dec 2025. Delhi to Doha on 6E1307, sold as Qatar codeshare QR4771. Scheduled 21:15, left 22:40. Landed Doha 01:30. My QR19 to Dublin departed 01:20. Connection gone.
