@virginmedia I've cancelled my contract. They tried putting me through to diagnostics. I declined as if I'm having problems after 4 days what problems am I going to get after 14 days then I'm stuck in a contract.
I want the £56 reimbursement as its not my fault I was sold a lie.

I'm getting charged installation fee when I got told it was free installation when I signed up.
I'm not paying £56 for something that's 4 days old and I will be left with a hole in my house where the cable has been put through
