@tisHanson as time goes on you’ll feel better but will still have blips where you think you’re going backwards, it’s normal.
when you feel better try talking to more people again, will help you realise there are people/girls who aren’t her but make you feel like she did and like you
@tisHanson give it time and accept it will take a while to feel better. find something positive to distract yourself with (not alcohol), if you’re feeling shit about her, tell a mate or write it down - helps more than you think cos forces you to understand and process it which helps
