@ChrisO_wiki Russians don't want to sell their share in the Serbian Oil Company (NIS) to help their "brothers" avoid sanctions, and don't want to sign the long term gas supply contract to prevent Serbia from just nationalizing NIS.
I guess this is just a response to such brotherly behavior.

@ChrisO_wiki For context: Serbian biggest oil refinery (owned by Gasprom) is under US sanctions which will cause a massive supply issues for Serbia once the reserves are used up (Dec 2025). On top of it, Gasprom has extended the gas supply contract only until the end of this year.

And also, the only success you guys ever had was against civilians or ambushing policemen.
Even the well equipped and organised SS Skenderbeg division got it's ass kicked by mere partisans.
