@notgaetti Sadly, he partially did it to himself too. He admitted to having a terrible diet earlier in his career that eventually led to long term health and durability issues. Now he's just not the same.
@canesNheels919@RhettIrement26@InsideCarolina@PeteNakos That's what I thought๐ you have no clue what you're talking about so you get emotional. True fans actually watched the games and remember what happened, enjoying it despite that. You're an nc state fan in disguise. Have a nice day.
@canesNheels919@RhettIrement26@InsideCarolina@PeteNakos He only flipped because fsu lost their oc, and any literally any remotely competent coach could have hired longo, there wasn't a bidding war for him. Not sure why you're this bent on defending a coach that was fired for poor performance.
@canesNheels919@RhettIrement26@InsideCarolina@PeteNakos Nope. It was the legacy of Mayes family, and howell's great freshman year that got Maye. Howell only flipped commitment from fsu because they lost their OC who had recruited Howell, and it was Phil longo who had the established relationship with Howell that got him to flip.
@RhettIrement26@InsideCarolina@PeteNakos Hired Mack brown who got us in this mess in the first place. How do you have 5 years of Sam Howell and Drake Maye and win only 1 low level bowl game? Carolina football was unserious before Belichick even arrived.
@Sharon_Hart1@mjunc1023@InsideCarolina@PeteNakos lol, he was still the driving force behind hiring Mack brown who wasted Sam Howell and Drake Mayes college careers while continuing unc football mediocrity, and didn't fire Hubert soon enough.
@mjunc1023@InsideCarolina@PeteNakos For a college AD/GM, football and basketball are overwhelmingly the most important sports. They drive the money, visibility, recruiting infrastructure, donor interest and overall perception of the athletic department. I was happy for unc baseball, but let's be honest here.
@Trevor_Hintz20@FPFO_Podcast Bro it's horrible regardless ๐ Carter was the obvious pick and if the panthers remained bad that year they would have had a shot at drafting Drake Maye.
@4ourmanrush Talent wise, still pretty average. Hoping Mike Jackson continues to play at a high level, because our cb room has the highest potential.
Phillips should provide a boost to the pass rush that was abysmal last year.
Hoping Lloyd continues momentum from last season.
@CPPfanfromtheD Brutal, because brazzell was supposed to be the guy. Offense is now basically the same as last year unless Brooks and Jimmy horn jr exceed all expectations, and we have a more run heavy identity.
@habibtings Ironically, I think Liam cohen and their front office has done a great job compared to the past, they just missed on Hunter.
He could turn things around next season though, I think it's possible.
