friendly reminder: if you’ve been competing in a game as an esports organisation for 4+ years (over 1,000 days) & you are still in the same position as when you started i think it’s time to hang up the boots.
this isn’t to crush anyone’s hopes but esports is & always will be a unified project. if you are in the same spot you’re clearly making bad decisions or you’re making decisions without any actual idea of what you’re trying to accomplish other than “ah this would be nice”. bad decisions, no plan & no clear vision will lead to no or even backwards progression. if your chance to make it somewhere relies on getting lucky rather than your own or your team’s ability it’s a huge problem. you need a way to progress that is in your control.
progression & learning how to operate, learning about management, understanding how finances work. all of this is important. it’s an all encompassing mission. but every esports org owner at some point has to be the idea guy, the one who understands what they can accomplish & where they want to go. every esports org owner needs to have a tangible plan. if you’ve not done this in 4 years of existence & your meetings no matter how big or small you are then you’d be better off contributing to existing organisations in a focused role.
there is an over saturation of people wanting to do things on their own. from business ownership to project leadership. IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. the amazing thing about esports organisations is that they NEED people, competent people. it’s a unified dream, collective success. it’s not just one person.
so please, if you’re feeling stagnant, lost or feeling like you’re going nowhere look around & apply towards roles to work with people you feel like you can learn things from or contribute to a unified goal rather than being in a position without growth. it’s detrimental to your own entities & the people you work with & yourself. seek creativity, inspiration & knowledge. don’t stay stuck.
with all of this being said & if this sounds like you reach out to me & i’m sure we can find a position for you at @Lost_Puppies i’m wanting to help people because it’s a clear problem. we need to do things right especially if we don’t have the infrastructure at a grass roots level like some of the bigger & richer organisations out there.
a unified goal & a plan towards progression is al you need. make sure your time & dedication that you’re putting into a dream of yours is worthwhile.

Hey @ArenaBreakoutPC@Realenzozhang I wanted to make a tweet about some tweaks we need in the game which is a HUGE issue and would MAKE a REFRESHING and EXCITING gameplay experience, and the community have been asking so much for so I wanted to voice this as well, as it’s the same way I feel…
We have been stuck with the same “meta” for seasons now ❌
- The HK is the most dominant weapon in the game and nothing can counter it due to its insanely high fire rate and power. We need a nerf and a shift of meta to keep things fun and moving…
👉🏼 lower the RPM by 50
👉🏼 increase hip fire spread a little
👉🏼 increase ergo so the weapon is heavier and a little slower on the ads
This won’t nerf it to doom, but balance it a lot more. But with this needs to come changes across the board.
👉🏼 we need a buff on all good ammo, as t5 ammo with other weapons don’t feel good at all, in fact an example BS ammo - this ammo tickles the opponent’s when going against the HK 995s. Please buff gold ammo across the board to bring all guns viable to use in different game scenarios and game styles/plays.
👉🏼 SMGs are not viable right now, they should be dominant close range so perhaps a t5 ammo for 9mm
❌Then comes the big one which is still an ongoing issue - RED AMMO❌
👉🏼 the fact we can craft 180 red ammo bullets in the hideout per day is so meh… and didn’t change anything from previous seasons…make it found in raid only so it’s exciting to use… losing a 3+ mill kit to one bullet which someone has only loaded two in the chamber because you can direct ‘case load’ the ammo is so demotivating. We spend so much money on ammo to eliminate these players to be rewarded with a ‘naked kit’ and a bare weapon.
👉🏼 increase forbidden entry cap - Remove the weapon price being included to this value. With the inflation of gear we can enter ‘naked’ with a bare weapon, and a rig… this isn’t ‘high loot, high reward’
👉🏼 REVERT the headshot change from season 1. The game feels RNG in fights now, no skill gap as headshots means nothing with auto weapons now, it’s always about body shots. Headshots should be rewarding and even FPS veterans like summit1g expressed the frustration over this. Better aim, and flicks should win gun battles.
👉🏼 remove being able to store mags full of ammo in the case.
👉🏼 have a gear requirement for forbidden. This will slow down the ‘naked’ red ammo abusers/reward players for eliminating them. T5 minimum to enter so at least we are rewarded with some sort of gear for our kills. After all this is meant to be the most rewarding game mode and high loot high reward mode
👉🏼 lockdown cheese - you can strip attachments and place inside your rig and backpack to make your gear value lower to enter. ALL gear and meds, attachments and equipment should be counted in your rig and backpack towards your gear value. There shouldn’t be t6 in this mode at all
👉🏼 Bring out equipment crates - miscellaneous/ammo/koen/weapons crates to better customise our storage
👉🏼 remove self revive or have it only if you have be downed by getting your legs shot or grenade damage.
👉🏼 remove the green stim that heals you in seconds from 1hp…
👉🏼 remove audio q of stun grenades through walls, this is being cheesed and spammed, or lower the radius as the radius is far too large
👉🏼 lower duration of gas grenades
👉🏼 increase duration of smoke grenades, widen and make taller radius of the smoke
👉🏼 More meta changes frequently, buff certain weapons each season to keep gameplay fresh with weapons
👉🏼 add a reticle colour change option in settings, the red blends in with bright backdrops making it hard to see. Adding, green, yellow, purple, white
This isn’t complaining, this is constructive criticism that would make the player base 100% happier and refreshed to log in and play every day!
We love the game and want it at its best before the new map drops ❤️
