We’re making the path to permanent residence simpler for international medical doctors. To support a stable health care system for Canadians, we offer international doctors:
• 5 options to get permanent residence through Express Entry and regional, provincial and territorial programs
• faster 14-day work permit processing for those nominated by a province or territory, so they can work while waiting for permanent residence
Medical doctors can also include their family members in their application.

What's the 2-2-2-2 Rule for healthy marriages?
2 - Every two weeks go on a date.
2 - Twice a week be sexually intimate.
2 - Two times a year take a trip overnight without kids.
2 - Every two years go somewhere multiple nights without the kids.
The four 2's can bless your marriage.
I have one extra seat to give away on the inaugural direct Saudia Airlines flight from Abuja to Jeddah (Umrah) and I am taking a lucky person to join me on this historic journey. Tell me why you should be the lucky person. Make it compelling and who knows, you might just be the one joining me on the inaugural flight to Jeddah. Good luck!

Dr. Abba Bashir, the Second Overall Best Student and best-performing student in Anatomy, Physiology and Pharmacology, received ₦2 million, a laptop and postgraduate sponsorship.
Dr. Fatima Tukur Sada, recognised as the Best Student in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, also received ₦2 million, a laptop and postgraduate sponsorship in Nuclear Medicine.

I'm still a PC student so I know doctors won't take me seriously.
But for residency I advice you to pick a specialty, with plenty portable yet marketable surgical procedures.
When I say portable I mean procedures that don't require a patient to be bedridden.
The procedures in your speciality should also be very advertisable
Imagine doing vasectomies as a urologist, at 150k per procedure.
It's portable and you don't need a clinic to get patients if you're good at marketing your skills online.
All you need is your office and perhaps one employee.
This surgery can be done in 30 minutes and 10 patients a month is an easy 1.5 million naira.
Avoid clinic-dependent specialties with no procedures that you can market with your own agency e.g anaesthesiology
Circular for the implementation of the New National Policy on Work Hour and Locum Regulation.
This is for the consumption of those doubting implementation pls.
Thank you @muhammadpate
Thank you @SalakoIziaq
Thank you @Fmohnigeria
The Nigerian Health Sector is grateful and shall be better for this.
I say let me remind you, that as at 30th June 2026, the Nisāb for Zakāt is estimated at ₦15,359,500.00.
What does that mean?
Nisab is the minimum amount of wealth a Muslim must own continuously for one lunar (Hijri) year before Zakat becomes obligatory. In this case, based on the current value of 85 grams of gold and the prevailing exchange rate, anyone whose total Zakatable assets—such as cash, savings, gold, silver, business inventory, investments, and money owed to them (after deducting eligible debts)—equal or exceed ₦15,359,500 is required to pay Zakat. The amount of Zakat due is 2.5% (one-fortieth) of the qualifying wealth, not the entire ₦15.36 million. For example, if your net Zakatable wealth is exactly ₦15,359,500, your Zakat would be about ₦383,988 (2.5%), provided you have held that level of wealth for a full Hijri year.
Fear Allãh and give out your Zakāt.
