The Bible reveals that we are ordained to live God’s best in Christ. Yet, it does not shy away from the realities of afflictions, attacks, mountains, and challenges that Believers may encounter on their journey towards fulfilling destiny.

To overcome these challenges and unfavourable circumstances, we must first learn to love and seek The Lord above our desire for testimonies and victories. We must understand that challenges can arise on our path to victory and dominion. Challenges are not unusual; what must not become our experience is defeat. Our responsibility as Believers is to engage the forces of victory, trusting God to turn our challenges into testimonies of triumph.

To be in a state of rest means to experience total, comprehensive, and unhindered peace, safety, sufficiency, liberty, and freedom from the oppression of enemies and the turmoil of life. This rest must find expression in every area of our lives.

The areas in which we must contend for rest include our spiritual lives (prayer, Word study, and consecration); our minds and emotions; our health; our careers and professional pursuits; our finances; our relationships and family life; and our prophetic destinies or divine assignments.

It’s important to recognise that celebrating victories amid limitations does not necessarily mean we are living in the fullness of God’s best. We must remain grateful for every victory while continuing to press towards all that God has ordained for us.

Keys To Experiencing Rest Round About:

1. Believe in the possibility of all-around rest.
2. Believe in, and submit to Jesus Christ, who is the author and basis of true rest.
3. Believe in the responsibility of enforcing rest on every side.
4. Study, understand, and engage the unique Kingdom principles connected to every area you seek to experience victory and rest.
5. Understand and engage in strategic spiritual warfare.
6. Practise patience.
7. Practise praise and thanksgiving as a lifestyle.

this is a fundraiser for one of my classmates, esther. she is down with bilateral complex dermoid ovarian cysts, on both sides of her ovaries (6cm+ on each side).

what this means is that they can burst at any moment which may affect her chance of having biological children tomorrow; or affect some organs which may lead to death, heavens forbid.

as a result walking and any form of physical activity are proving rather difficult for her now.
