@gregbradyTO Getting exemptions is actually EASY. You can get them for "conscience" and religious reasons. Have to notify your PHU, they make you watch a video, fill out a form and have it signed by a commissioner of affidavits and submit it to the PHU and school.

@TeachRandom As usual it likely comes down to money...durung strike days, the province doesn't pay employees on strike, but in this case employees are being paid while schools are closed.
