Three signs your course platform is quietly losing you sales:
Your homepage explains what you do instead of selling it.
No clear next step once someone lands on the page.
Checkout looks like it was built in 2016.
None of that is a content problem. It's a platform problem.
A client almost didn't launch her course.
Not the price. Not the content.
She said the old site felt embarrassing to share.
We rebuilt it. Same day, she sent the link.
That's the job. Not a website. Something you're not scared to put your name on.
Coaches always ask which Kajabi plan they need to start.
Almost none of them need the top tier on day one.
You need a clean funnel and one product live. Not every automation feature sitting unused. Upgrade when the traffic says so, not before...
Turned down a 400 dollar Kajabi gig last week.
Client wanted a template swapped in an afternoon and called it a course website.
That is not what I build. If the platform does not sell, it is not finished, no matter how fast it went live.

Client 1: 0 sales in 6 months → 40 sales in 3 wks after rebuild
Client 2: dropped Kajabi for a year → launched in 9 days
Client 3: still building, but has a waitlist
Same person built all 3. Different results because the website did its job.
