A train (01106 - DNR PUNE SPL) which was supposed to start from Danapur at 6:30 am , has not started yet , my senior citizen parents were to board the train from Deen Dayal Upadhyay and still I dont see how long they will have to wait

If it becomes unmanageable to make special trains run on time , then kindly dont run them , atleast senior citizens , expecting mothers etc wont be troubled in the name of "SPECIAL"

@EurekaForbes Thanks for your delayed response, Don't you think 6 hours is too long without water in this summer!! I already chased multiple times and it got resolved at 12 PM which was 1 hour after schedule+ multiple chasers.

2 occasions in a row @EurekaForbes gives an example of very bad customer service No technician assigned even after the schedule time is passed. You guys keep entering into the **s when u want AMC to be sold but vanish when done. Isnt there any SLA @Eureka_ForbesIN @ForbesLimited
