@ProcterGamble @ZurielOduwole We can all agree that we need more young women like them! Building confidence and leadership skills in young girls is crucial for empowering them to speak up for themselves and their rights. Grateful to work for @Rworkshops , an organization dedicated to this mission!

It’s crucial to listen to and engage young women in decision-making processes regarding issues that directly impact them. By 'young,' I don't mean the typical twenty-somethings we often see at 'young people' events. #WD2023

The participation of these girls (20, 17, 15 yo) on @ProcterGamble 's panel shows the importance of giving the mic to the right people to express how they want support. @ZurielOduwole said: 'Wouldn't you want other girls to do better than I am doing?' How do you say no to that?

Consider examining whether they dehumanized themselves or if it's your perception, and the men you speak of. This makes you/them think you have the moral high ground, to blame them for injustices they face.

Think about this again… put it at scale… and when you’re done, you will realize that most of us would be according to you not « human enough » …including the possibility that you yourself might fall into that group.

And if we follow your logic, what would you say caregivers—say daycare staff, are selling?
