The past few weeks have been one of the biggest turning points we’ve seen in years for this entire case.

That is an incredible victory, and while it does NOT automatically mean Joby is free, it absolutely changes the conversation.

Because for years many people believed nothing would ever change. They believed these cases would drag on forever. Instead, we’ve now seen real movement.

Now the spotlight shifts even more toward Joby Weeks.

After visiting Joby and spending time with both him and his family, I can tell you one thing:

He hasn’t given up. Neither should we.

We’ve already begun seeing Joby’s name appear more prominently as the focus of the remaining proceedings. While none of us can predict exactly what will happen next, there are several possible paths forward, including negotiated resolutions, dismissal of charges, or executive clemency. No one outside the parties involved knows the outcome yet.

What we do know is this:

This case has far more attention on it today than it had months ago.

Thousands of people are watching.

Major voices have spoken up.

The community has stayed united.

And every single person who has posted, commented, shared updates, contacted representatives, or simply refused to let this story disappear has played a role in keeping awareness alive.

Never underestimate what a determined community can accomplish.

This movement has grown from a handful of believers into a worldwide community that genuinely wants to see justice and due process prevail.

Matthew walking free proves something important:

Things can change.

Cases that once seemed frozen can move.

Outcomes people thought were impossible can become reality.

That’s exactly why today should give everyone hope.

Now we continue fighting for Joby.

We continue spreading awareness.

We continue supporting his family.

We continue making sure people know his story.

Until the day we can celebrate Joby’s freedom too.
