@Polymarket I have had one for years. They changed their sleep score analysis about 18 months ago. “Sleep” was worse. Plus, their HRV is so off I am shocked I’m still alive. Not surprised at all about this.
Most gym goers quit after 6-12 weeks

Watching the way some of the Argentina players behaved towards Spain after the final really made me appreciate the class England showed after losing the Euros. When Spain lifted the trophy, England applauded them, congratulated them, and showed the respect that every champion deserves.

If we want the next generation to grow into great footballers and even better human beings, then sportsmanship has to be taught from the very beginning. Young players copy what they see from their heroes. Turning your back on your opponents' celebrations or showing disrespect only teaches kids that bitterness is acceptable.
Football is about passion, rivalry, and winning, but it's also about character. The greatest teams aren't remembered just for the trophies they lift, but for the way they carry themselves. That's the example we should be setting for every young footballer.
