The case was so shaky, at some point the Magistrate had to stop the state attorney twice to first ask if there was any evidence directly implicating Nsibande (due to lack thereof) and then secondly to lecture the state attorney about the difference between a repeat offender and a repeat accused with no conviction because dhe was using big terms without considering their implications.
