@JioCare @reliancejio Paid for Jio AirFiber connection, and the setup box was clearly mentioned as “free” during installation. Now after disconnecting the service, why is Jio demanding the setup box back or charging for it? Nowhere was it clearly informed.

U see the real face of JIO's services when you cut ur connections. They start punishing U for own mistakes & wrongdoings. Yes, on X they will say, Ur issue will be resolved shortly.

It’s been 2 months no installation was done no message call from the company and cancelled the plan without my concern and still not giving the refund pls don’t buy jio air fibre the company is focusing on making money making us fool
