@EdRoundtables ...what the area they are in will be less successful at this. The culture needs to suit the children in your care. Makes it personal. When its heartfelt & personal,people listen and take things on board because they know you care about them as an individual not a production line.

@EdRoundtables Good question. I think outside influences outway what we teach children unfortunately. Many children will follow the home culture they are immersed in. However, schools can challenge this and some children will be changed by it. The nature of MATs who clone themselves no matter..

I turned down £30,000 to keep my truth, participated in a sham hearing. Bullying needs to be exposed. It’s hard to believe bullying isn’t unlawful!
