2. Source Music failed to provide evidence against Min Hee-Jin in court and it was confirmed that Bang Shi-Hyuk promised to debut NewJeans as the first girl group under HYBE.

3. HYBE shareholders are now calling on the company to apologise to NewJeans.

4. HYBE appears to be leaning on media coverage to protect BELIFT's and Source Music's image, with journalists refraining from publishing stories about Xerian's and Source's loss.

5. The Korean Fair Trade commission is investigating HYBE over discrimination against NewJeans.
